Following the authorization decree of the Delegated Judge of the Court of Milan dated July 26, 2023, we are pleased to announce that Graflex Srl has been awarded the lease of the business of Misa Automazione Srl, including the technologies and brand COIL ®, manufacturer of high-speed roll-up and fold-up doors, flexible and rigid swing doors, tunnels and PVC covers.
Having also reached agreement with the trade unions, this operation allows the preservation of jobs of all personnel, previously employed by Misa Automazione Srl. Business continuity and therefore production continuity, ensured in the COIL ® production site, located in RHO, in the province of Milan, in order to maintain unchanged the quality of the products and the marketing in Italy and abroad, of the entire catalog of COIL ® doors. Supplies of original spare parts will also be guaranteed, and all existing contracts and orders with Misa Automazione’s customers will be safeguarded, without interruption or modification.
